Tarnaka Witnesses a Grand Tricolour Rally
Tarnaka witnessed a colourful Har Ghar Tiranga rally on Thursday, with participants carrying a massive 200-metre national flag through the locality as part of the campaign.
The rally was organised under the leadership of BJP leader Sriram Venkatesh. BJP Telangana state president N. Ramachandra Rao and MLC Malk Komaraiah attended the event as chief guests and formally launched the procession.
A large number of school students, BJP leaders and party workers took part in the rally. Carrying national flags in their hands, participants moved through the streets of Tarnaka, turning the area into a sea of tricolour.
Patriotic Slogans Echo Through Tarnaka
The procession was accompanied by patriotic slogans, creating an atmosphere of national pride across the locality. The participation of students and party workers added to the scale of the event as the 200-metre flag was carried through the streets.
Speaking at the rally, N. Ramachandra Rao said it was a matter of pride to organise a procession featuring such a large national flag while keeping the event above political considerations.
He highlighted the significance of public participation in activities associated with the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and encouraged people to take part in the programme.
Call to Display the National Flag
Ramachandra Rao urged people to participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra being conducted following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call.
He appealed to citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes and demonstrate their patriotism through participation in the campaign.
The BJP state president also called on people across Hyderabad and Telangana to take part in the Tiranga Yatras being organised in different areas.
According to Ramachandra Rao, prominent personalities, young people and members of the public should participate in large numbers in these programmes to highlight national unity.
Major Hyderabad Rally Planned for Friday
The Tarnaka programme was also followed by an announcement of another major Tiranga Yatra planned in Hyderabad on Friday.
Ramachandra Rao said the proposed procession would begin at the Ambedkar statue and proceed towards the Swami Vivekananda statue.
The upcoming rally is expected to continue the series of Har Ghar Tiranga-related programmes being held in Hyderabad and across Telangana.
Students and Party Workers Join the Campaign
The participation of school students was one of the notable features of the Tarnaka rally. Along with BJP leaders and party workers, the students carried national flags and joined the procession through the locality.
The event brought together participants under the banner of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, with the large national flag serving as the central attraction.
