The constable, identified as Rambabu, allegedly used terms of endearment like "sister" and "buzji" to gain the woman's confidence when she initially sought assistance regarding an ongoing court case. Over time, what began as routine court-related interaction escalated into an unauthorized personal relationship, sparking outrage from the victim's family and triggering an administrative review by senior law enforcement authorities.

The situation unfolded when the woman's husband began noticing drastic shifts in his wife’s behavior and routine. The couple, who had been together for over a decade—having maintained a ten-year romantic relationship prior to their marriage and raising two children together—began experiencing marital friction as the court proceedings continued.
